Article 2 - Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Byamber.store and to every distance contract concluded between Byamber.store and the consumer.

Article 3 - The Offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur. Images are a true representation of the products offered.

Article 4 - The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the offer and fulfillment of the stipulated conditions. The entrepreneur will promptly confirm the receipt of the order electronically.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product without stating a reason. During this period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. The consumer must return the product with all supplied accessories in its original condition and packaging.

Article 6 - Costs of Withdrawal

The costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the consumer. If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal.

Article 7 - Delivery and Execution

The entrepreneur will exercise the utmost care in receiving and executing orders. Delivery will take place at the specified address. The delivery time is a maximum of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 8 - Prices and Payment

The stated prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made via the offered payment methods. In case of default, the entrepreneur has the right to dissolve the agreement.

Article 9 - Complaints Procedure

Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be reported within 7 days of discovery via [email address]. The entrepreneur will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

Article 10 - Disputes

In the event of a dispute between the customer and the webshop, both parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute through mutual consultation. If this fails, the consumer can submit the dispute to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Article 11 - Returns
